Description:
The SCADA Data Gateway is a Windows(tm) application used by System
Integrators and Utilities as an OPC Client/Server, Data Concentrator, or
Protocol Translator. It supports the DNP3, Modbus, & IEC 60870-5
protocols. Translation to other protocols such as SNMP is supported by
combining the SDG with another OPC Client/Server.

Features:
Protocol Analyzer Window displays and decodes transmitted and received
messages; includes Visual Basic(tm) source code for a sample OPC Client
to view/change database values on the remote device; allows translation
between data types and control methods from different protocols,
including OPC; supports mapping of points between Master and Slave
components, two Master components, and/or two Slave components; supports
modem pools (instead of trying to balance the number of devices assigned
to each modem, the SDG picks an available modem from the pool, and
selected modems in the pool can also be dedicated to answering incoming
calls).
Specifications:
Runs on Windows 98/NT/2000/XP; uses standard serial or Ethernet ports;
available for Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-103, IEC
60870-5-104 protocols. OPC Server, OPC Alarm and Event Server, and OPC
Client.
