Description:
Niobrara's Quantum Universal Communications Module (QUCM-O) is a user-programmable serial communication module for the Quantum(tm) PLC. It has two switch selectable RS-232/RS-485 serial ports and can appear to the PLC as either an I/O module or an option module. Add serial ports to the Quantum PLC or make a protocol converter or data concentrator. Out of the box it supports 20 serial port modes/protocols including all of the important Schneider protocols for North America.
