Description:
These gateways allow you to easily connect serial server devices (e.g., a controller, PLC, RTU) to your Ethernet network. You can connect most server (responding) devices to the serial port. The client (interrogating) device must be on the Ethernet side. The client's commands are passed from the Ethernet port to the serial port. The server's responses are passed back in the other direction. These converters support many protocols and are especially ideal for Modbus and SIXNET server devices.
