Nexus Distributed I/O: High Speed PLS Controller
Type:  I/O Module
Description:  High-speed Programmable Limit Switch (PLS) controllers that use an incremental encoder or resolver for position feedback, and provide up to 16 I/O points. Compatible with a wide variety of PLCs that support Modbus TCP and many other industrial networks, these units control the outputs independently from the PLC scan, enabling them to achieve a high-speed update time of 100µs. The NEXUS plugs into the network (not the PLC/PAC) allowing for installation in a remote location convenient to the application, greatly reducing cabling time and costs.
