The 460ECMS moves data between up to 32 EtherNet/IP and a Modbus TCP Client. Modbus is still the catch all protocol. It's simple and been around forever, which means there is huge base of users and legacy systems supporting Modbus. With the 460ECMS you now have a great tool to integrate newer EtherNet/IP devices into these systems.
